Hosting A Chamber Mixer

Thank you for your interest in hosting an after-hours mixer. Our mixers are a great opportunity to showcase your business, exchange information, and connect with other Greater Atlantic City Chamber members. Mixer hosts must be current members of the Greater Atlantic City Chamber.

Applying does not guarantee approval. The Greater Atlantic City Chamber schedules mixers at least six months in advance. Approvals made through the Greater Atlantic City Chamber staff and Engagement Committee.

The following are some expectations for hosting one of our mixers.

Space and Time

A private room or area that can accommodate a minimum of 100 attendees. Mixers occur on an agreed upon date typically between 5 PM and 7 PM. Space must be made available 60 minutes prior to the event start time for the Chamber staff to set up.


The Greater Atlantic City Chamber will promote the event well ahead of the event in order to maximize attendance. The event will be promoted before and after the event in Chamber emails, on social media platforms, via retention calls to members, and mentioned at Board meetings. We can provide the host venue with a registration link to encourage event registration from their followers.

Food and Beverage

The host venue provides complimentary appetizers or hors d’oeuvres for all attendees and a cash bar.

Set Up

We request that the host venue provides the following:


  • Two (2) tables for check-in near the entrance
  • Coat check or rack, pending the weather
  • Free parking for attendees
