The law firm of Perskie Mairone Brog & Baylinson (PMB&B) announced that Judge Steven P. Perskie has joined the Firm as Counsel and will, in addition to providing assistance to the Firm's clients, be actively involved in a mediation/arbitration/litigation assistance practice.

Judge Perskie is a former Superior Court Judge and will provide regulatory and compliance advice and engage in alternative dispute resolution. Additionally, he will contribute his expertise to all areas of enforcement actions and investigations.

Judge Perskie brings to the firm a breadth of experience unique among legal professionals. Since his election to the New Jersey Legislature in 1971 at age 26, he has served in all three branches of government: legislative, executive and judicial.

In addition to his judicial and legislative service, Judge Perskie served as Chairman of the New Jersey Casino Control Commission from 1990-1994, where he spearheaded a comprehensive restructuring and refocus of the Commission and its agenda.
