|
Joe Reid is an Army veteran and a graduate of Upper Iowa University where he captained the baseball team. He has been managing health and fitness clubs for the past three years. He holds certifications as a Personal Trainer from the American College of Sports Medicine and the International Sports Science Association.
Reid has worked with everyone from elite athletes to senior citizens to teens. Among his specific areas of expertise include working with weight loss program participants, athletes, osteoarthritis patients, post-physical therapy rehab patients, cardiac rehab patients, post- pulmonary rehab patients, arthritis patients and MS patients
Ryan Ojeda comes to Tilton Fitness from the Parisi Speed School in Fair Lawn, NJ. He has worked with professional athletes from the MLB, NFL and NHL, as well as more than 100 NCAA Division I athletes. He is a graduate of Colgate University, where he was a member of the football and track teams, earning all-league honors in the 400 meters. Ryan graduated from Holy Spirit High School where he was a 4-year starter as wide receiver/ defensive back on the football team and 1997 200 meter Parochial A State Champion. He was awarded the Old Grad Award, recognizing him as the best high school senior athlete in Atlantic County.
Ryan specializes in the biomechanics of athletic movements. He is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and uses all his experience to develop the best programs possible for Tilton Fitness members.
Darren Haviland is a graduate of the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology. He is certified by The National Academy of Sports Medicine. Special areas of expertise include post-rehab, dynamic stretching, advance circuit training, kick boxing and athletics yoga.
