Tilton Fitness has announced the appointment of Paul Brones as Fitness Director at the Mays Landing facility.
Brones’ approach to fitness centers around the belief that the human body is an extremely well-built and intricate machine, one that must be well-maintained in order to achieve maximum potential, peak performance, longevity and enhanced quality of life.
